Catalonia Granada

Alejandro made us feel at home and made sure we were comfortable. He brought drinks and towels to the pool, then delivered room service with a smile and returned to clear the dishes. He was attentive and saw to all our needs. We'll come back again. The service was impeccable!

For the price, this was good value, and the stay was quiet and enjoyable. The room was clean and well kept, with a comfortable bed. Staff were polite, efficient and quick to help with my questions, and both check-in and checkout went smoothly. The location was also handy: about a 10-minute walk from the train station, across from a convenience store and within easy walking distance of Granada's center, restaurants, shops and main sights. I had a very pleasant two-night stay and would recommend it to visitors.

Make sure you try breakfast at the restaurant. Alejandro, Laura y Aracelis greeted us warmly, and the meal was the best this fatboy has had in a while. Their attention to detail and welcoming smiles made me want to stay all day. From check-in through the serving staff, everyone was sweet and welcoming. What an amazing place, we were treated like royalty!

The room was nice and clean, and the staff helped us book a flamenco show in Spanish, then emailed confirmation. Very helpful. Parking was more confusing: you park in a nearby garage, take a paper ticket to the hotel and pay there for the discounted rate. As a foreigner, I wasn't used to paying elsewhere, and the hotel could explain the process better. There isn't a good place for short-term parking by the hotel. I saw taxis stop outside on the one-lane road and block traffic.
