The receptionist was really rude, and the experience was really bad. I won't write all the issues out again, but I agree with the negative Google reviews. Please read them and try a different hotel.

A comfortable, clean, inexpensive room in a good location. Mine even had a balcony. The bathroom had been upgraded, was clean, and always had hot water. There’s a good lift to the top floor, too. I found the staff friendly, and there are good restaurants and little shops nearby. Jules.

This was completely misadvertised. The photos on every booking site show the “superior” room, with a view and more space, but you only find that out when you arrive. You can’t book that room. Since there’s only one, it’s just luck whether you get it. You might instead end up with no outside-facing window and a view of a damp, dingy interior AC space with cockroaches.

There’s no breakfast, though there are plenty of good places to eat within a few minutes’ walk, as you’d expect in Spain. The hotel was clean and decent, and right in central Granada, with lots of beautiful sights within walking distance. It’s fine just for a night’s stay. The price is about what you’d expect here. It was a bit noisy, so bring earplugs if you want to sleep early.
