The location worked well for us, close to central Granada, and the apartment itself was clean and as pictured. Parking is underground and pretty tight, though a VW Polo or similar can fit if you take care. At check-in, a friendly woman explained everything clearly. The trouble started with the building entrance being renovated. We hadn't been told, and the morning noise was intense. Dust from the work got everywhere, including inside the apartment. The air conditioning was also out of order. There was just one remote, so we tried to see if it controlled both units. It controlled neither. The woman called the owner, who said the fault was already known and a repair was due. In the meantime, each unit had to be switched on by pressing a small button near the ceiling, which meant climbing onto a chair. They only cooled to 24 degrees, with no way to adjust the temperature. We had to keep getting up to switch them on or off, and although a technician was expected, nobody came during our five days there. The bathroom door was badly swollen from water damage and wouldn't close properly, which was awkward since it was also the toilet door. The shower enclosure had no door, though it looked like one had been there before, so water went all over the place. The water never got hot either, even with the thermostatic tap turned all the way up. We later found the boiler set to 50 degrees, too low for the shower valve to work properly. The owner hadn't raised it to save energy and hadn't told guests how to adjust it. We ended up with a cold shower and a soaked floor stretching into the hallway. It's a good location, but the owner or manager really let things slide. Hopefully the next guests have better luck.
