The apartment itself was lovely, had everything we needed, and was in a really good location. But the photos didn’t match the floor we were given, which was a ground-floor apartment with no natural light. That was disappointing. We also didn’t use the jacuzzi, even though it was one of the selling points, because it hadn’t been cleaned. You could see dead skin stuck to the tub.
In the middle of the night we woke to water dripping from the ceiling. We had to gather our things as quickly as we could to keep them from getting wet. We had no idea where the water was coming from, and I hope it wasn’t toilet water. A catastrophic night.
The location is really convenient, with shops, restaurants, and public transport nearby.

The service was incredible, and the apartment was fantastic overall, though it had a few small imperfections. I especially loved the rooftop terrace and jacuzzi. It was such a relaxing place to unwind after sightseeing around Granada.
