The location is great, but the management and service were awful and unprofessional. I asked for help on the WhatsApp number they advertise and got no reply. Beds were uncomfortable, the sink barely drained, and door security was the weakest I've seen in years. Towels cost 5€, and there was no coffee, no glasses, nothing. Sleep was impossible before 3am, then garbage collection started at 4am. Run away.

Five reasons I'd tell people not to book: they ask for unnecessary personal details and only tell you after you've paid; refuse those details and they won't check you in. There's no reception, and I was left waiting outside for two hours. When I asked for help, a woman was openly rude and wouldn't give her name or role. The room was filthy, the beds were hard like prison beds, and the bathroom was disgusting, with the toilet seat against the wall and flush water splashed around. Noise from the restaurants below came through, with no window insulation, so sleeping day or night was impossible. They also sent rules only after booking: check-in at 16:00 and checkout at 10:00, cutting six hours from the time you pay for. Worst experience. Don't ruin your trip; it's not worth the money or stress.

The central location made it easy to get around Granada, with lots of restaurants nearby. In winter, though, the room was quite cold. There's only one portable heater for the outside area, and you need to run it for a few hours before the room gets comfortable. Towels aren't provided free, so bring your own. Also, there's no elevator.

The rooms are very basic, as expected, and there's barely room to move in the bathroom. Its fan is far too noisy and the paint is peeling. The location is great, in the tourist center, close to bus stops for the bus and train stations and the Alhambra. Staff were friendly and helpful.
