The team made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived, and their friendly, professional help went beyond what we expected. The hotel was spotless and comfortable, with thoughtful design and attention to detail. Everyone we spoke with showed real care for guests. Service felt personal and sincere, which is rare. We had a fantastic stay, with the feel of a four-star hotel deserving five stars, and would gladly return. We highly recommend it for an enjoyable, memorable visit.

Of the eight or more hotels we stayed at during three weeks in Andalusia Region, this was easily the nicest overall. The traditionally decorated rooms were clean and felt high quality. The location was excellent, and reception was good. The man responsible for arranging breakfast had the best layout we saw anywhere, and was beyond extraordinary. If you’re in Granada, stay here. Our quiet room, 312, was tucked away at the back on the top floor, just as we’d asked. The square-facing rooms may be better if you want a view. We paid €101 for a classic room with breakfast, which felt like good value. The location on Plaza de la Trinidad is hard to beat. We’ve stayed in several places in Granada, and this is among the best situated, close to sights, bars and restaurants. Reception were friendly and helpful. Parking is discounted at HH Maristas, about a five-minute walk away. Spaces there are wider than in many city garages, and it costs €16 for 24 hours. Pay at the hotel and they give you a prepaid ticket. Breakfast is served in a small room with seating for around 20. Since there are only 36 rooms, the size didn’t cause us much waiting. There’s bread, pastries, meats, cheese, yoghurt and cereal, plus scrambled eggs and bacon, tea, coffee and juice. We’d gladly come back.

We’d stay here every time we come to Granada. It’s a newer, very clean hotel, and the price is affordable even for a budget traveler. There’s public parking about a 10-minute walk away. Restaurants are within walking distance, and taxis and buses are very close. The central location and 24-hour front desk were big pluses. Ten out of ten.
