Los Lobos Apartamentos

The apartment didn't look quite like the photos, and it wasn't clean when we arrived. I had to buy cleaning supplies to get it ready. There was dust under the bed, and the sofa was dirty and smelled bad. A strong sewage smell also hung around the apartment. Cleanliness and maintenance both need attention to meet guests' expectations.

The staff were excellent, and the bed was good, with plenty of outlets. The apartment faces a lovely square and is very well located. But Apartment 1 on the ground floor was really dark. After every shower, we had to clean the whole bathroom floor. The internet and cell phone signal were both terrible.

I can’t give it less than one star. The apartment was very dirty when we arrived: there was hair on the bedspread, the shower tray was black, and the kitchen felt sticky. There’s no elevator, so you have to carry your suitcases upstairs. Reception service was terrible. I won’t be coming back.

We felt comfortable here, almost like we were at home. The place is very welcoming, and being right in the city center near the cathedral made it even better. I’d choose this same place if I stayed again, and I recommend it 100%.
