The room was a comfortable, relaxing place to unwind, and my stay was pleasant overall. A few things got in the way of it being truly great: the complimentary bottled water wasn't replenished each day, the breakfast buffet had little variety, and the Wi-Fi was down for my entire first day. That made it hard to work and stay connected.

We were six people staying for one night and left very satisfied. Breakfast wasn't part of the room price, so we bought it separately for an additional fee. For what we paid, the hotel's cleanliness, decor and atmosphere were better than we expected. The breakfast tasted good, and both the service and the staff's friendliness and energy left a strong impression on us. Some employees weren't fluent in English, which made communication a little difficult at times, but they were kind, welcoming and clearly tried their best to help. Our rooms were very clean and had more than enough furniture. The AC worked perfectly, and the bathroom and shower were modern, clean and well maintained. The location was also convenient and easy to access for exploring the area. We'd recommend it to others, and give it a full 5 out of 5.

The attentive staff and the price are what put this hotel among my top 10, out of the many hotels I've visited around the world. It's not because it's expensive, it's great value for the level of care. They really look after you here. The hotel is very clean, with big rooms, a bar and a restaurant if you want them. It's on the outskirts of granada rather than in the middle, but the center is one bus or a taxi ride away.

Getting into town was easy: the hotel was convenient to reach by car, and buses and taxis were very cheap. The price was reasonable, too. Our room was spacious and very clean, the staff in every role were polite and helpful, and breakfast was a good buffet.

We booked the suite for its balcony. It was a good size for our two-night stay.
