Eduardo at reception was the highlight. He made us feel welcome, answered all our many questions, and gave great advice on what to do, where to go, how to get there, and where to have drinks. We had a great weekend. The room had everything we needed. With the windows closed, their perfect quality kept the noisy street outside. The hotel is right in the middle of the city, so the location is just great.

You’ll need to walk with your luggage for about three or four minutes because cars can’t reach the hotel entrance, but it wasn’t bad at all. The room was nice and comfortable for a good night’s sleep. There are lots of restaurants around, and the hotel is close to tourist attractions.

Staff were friendly and professional, and when we had an issue they sorted it out to our satisfaction. Breakfast had hot and cold choices, with a good variety for everyone. Our spacious room had recently been refurbished to a good standard, with a modern bathroom, fridge, and tea and coffee facilities replenished daily. It’s a great location for exploring Granada, and I’d highly recommend staying here.

8/10
The location made it easy to walk everywhere, and the staff were really helpful. I arrived in Granada around 10am even though check-in was meant to be at 3pm, and she let me into a room early, subject to availability. The room was okay and the hotel felt a bit old, with traditional keys instead of cards. Street noise was audible, but it didn't disturb my sleep. A pleasant stay.

Everything in the room worked, and the location was good. The big issue was the noise from the bars downstairs: people stayed loud late into the night. There was no air conditioning, so the room got very hot. Opening the balcony door barely cooled it and let in even more street noise.
