There was a severe bedbug infestation in our room. After only two hours of sleep, we woke to bedbugs crawling all over the bed. The hotel refused a full refund, even though we had barely slept, spent the whole day disinfecting our belongings, suffered allergic reactions that required expensive medication, and had our weekend completely ruined. My refund emails were ignored, and when I called, the receptionist yelled at me and hung up. I absolutely cannot recommend this place.

The location was really nice, with everything you need around the hotel. Rooms are large, but not all of them face the inner patio. The bathroom is huge.

The place was clean and so conveniently located, close to everything. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, and everyone was super friendly. I’d happily stay here again.

The bathroom setup for two people just doesn’t work. Water spills onto the floor, the bathroom ceiling was wet, and the manager didn’t respond. The air conditioning looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. On the weekend, people cried out in the street, and the windows did nothing to block the noise. This felt like one of the most cash-grabbing hotels I’ve seen.

The staff were helpful and friendly. It’s a handy base for exploring the city, with an open plaza and markets nearby.
