The location is great, but the double-room walls are so thin you can hear everything from other rooms, even whispers. For this price range, especially with such new rooms, I expected better. I can’t recommend it.

The double room was clean, comfortable, and stylish, with its own bathroom, and the location right in the city center is great. Still, there were a few things that brought the stay down. It gets noisy at night. Even with the window shut, we kept hearing drunk people yelling and singing in the street. The shared area downstairs looks nicely designed, but it was a bit dirty, with coffee stains and bread crumbs all over the couches. The charge for luggage storage was the worst part. I’d seen the comments and asked reception if they really charge 3 euros per person to leave bags at the hotel. They do. Charging guests extra just to leave their backpacks feels petty. Stop it.

We stayed with TOC in Malaga too, and that’s how I came across this gem. I’m booking Seville TOC this afternoon as well. The rooms were kept spotless despite so many guests coming and going, which says a lot about the cleaning team. The staff were lovely and really helpful. Gabri and Rebecca at reception, and Olympia in the bar and breakfast area, shared great recommendations, directions, and local insight. They did their best to chat in English or Spanish. The big windows look out onto the streets, and the location right by the St Augustine Mercado is convenient, with plenty of local shops nearby. A great choice whether you're here for a day or two weeks.

I hated it. There was one toilet and shower for six people, and the shower door didn’t lock. The toilet lock was rusty and I got stuck inside for about 10 minutes. There were no curtains on the beds and no locks for the storage. Since the bathroom is inside the room, you can hear the flush from your bed. The WiFi was unstable and the staff were unempathetic. They also charge 3 euros per bag per day for luggage storage. Pricing seems to change by guest: I paid 35 Euros for one bunk bed, while my friend paid 12 Euros for the same dates. I think there are lots of fake positive reviews on their bookings.
