The host was rude and totally unprepared. The place itself was shabby and dirty, and I found dead cockroaches in the bathroom. The air conditioning didn't work, and it was only available in the living room. One of the worst experiences of my life.

The person who handled our reservation deserves a special mention. She was kind, attentive and available for any questions from the start, which made everything easy even before we arrived. We spent three nights in Granada and had a wonderful time. The apartment was comfortable and welcoming, and made it easy to enjoy the city at a relaxed pace. A place we’d happily recommend, and we’d return without hesitation.

We felt at home as soon as we arrived, thanks to the great service and the useful tips Tania shared with us. The place was spotless and in a perfect location. Spectacular stay, we’ll be back!

The penthouse is charming, with beautiful ceilings, a small terrace, and everything we needed to feel comfortable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the kitchen had what we needed to cook. The views and accommodation were fantastic. There are a lot of stairs, so depending on your health, it may not suit everyone. Construction next door had unfortunately just started again when we stayed at Urban Suites at the beginning of September. Tania was extremely kind and did all she could to make things better, always ready to help. We’ll definitely return. Thank you, Tania.

Tania made the stay easy and was quick to answer our questions. The apartment was clean and well kept, and its central location plus arranged parking made getting around the restricted areas no problem. We stayed three days and I recommend it 100%.
