Urbanliving Gran Capitan

The Urbanliving representative who helped us was exceptionally kind and attentive, and we’d come back. The apartment itself is very new and nicely renovated, with excellent soundproofing. Bathroom and kitchen equipment were more than adequate, and the kitchen was well equipped. The beds and sofa were comfortable too. WiFi was available, though a little weak. The check-in and check-out hours were awkward for us: check-in at 4:00 PM and checkout at 11:00 AM. We got there on Maundy Thursday at 11:00 AM, so we had to leave the car in public parking and wait before we could get in.

We actually ended up staying at San Juan de Dios. The apartment was lovely, recently renovated, and had air conditioning and underfloor heating. The kitchenware was sufficient, the beds were comfortable, and the views were beautiful.

We went with a child and a baby and would definitely come back. The apartment was central, modern and new, very clean, and fairly well equipped. A great place.

Our arrival at Urbanliving Gran Capitán in Granada was a terrible experience because of the young woman handling our check-in. She made us wait an hour with our suitcases and children, then said her place was full and took us to a different accommodation that neither she nor we had booked. I won't go into the other place, where Xenia Perovic took us. She was rude and unprofessional, treated us as if we were idiots, and seemed incompetent and arrogant. I ask the owners of the Gran Capitán apartment not to damage its reputation by having someone like this as receptionist, public relations manager, or whatever her role is. I won't let Xenia spoil a trip to a city as beautiful and welcoming as Granada. People in southern Spain are friendly, welcoming and kind; having someone so rude on their streets is unacceptable. Miss Xenia, go do something else, this isn't for you. Thank you.
