We stayed from December 24, 2023, to January 2, 2024, while construction on the neighboring property caused noise. The work had apparently been agreed on with the developer and the German homeowner, who are friends. Even so, the house was rented to us at the full Christmas price without telling us beforehand. We later won our court case and got an enforceable judgment. The opposing party didn't respond, so the judgment was issued in their absence. In Spain, enforcement seems impossible, and no one there appears interested in the matter. The way customers are treated is unacceptable. Never again. A German owner is exploiting Spanish (in)justice, with Carmen Rentals acting as the intermediary.

The garden was well cared for and the pool was large. A lovely house away from all the hustle and bustle.
