The reception staff felt passive, but the cleaning staff were really friendly and smiley, and did a good job. Rooms are very clean, though quite small, and the breakfast is good, with some choices changing each day. The beach is right there, alongside the windsurf rentals, and the hotel has two free parking areas for guests. Balconies are compact, with glass railings. I’d pick a superior sea-view room. The rooms are quiet, and there’s no AC, but the large roof propeller is completely silent and has good remote-control settings. There’s storage for windsurfing and bicycle gear too. A very good option in el médano, and I warmly recommend it.

The surf stations right next door are a big plus if you’re into surfing or watersports. I felt welcome and comfortable as soon as I arrived, and the whole place has a peaceful, relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. Breakfast was a real highlight, something I looked forward to every morning. Everything felt easygoing and unpretentious. I had a fantastic stay and would happily return. The atmosphere, breakfast, and location all made it a wonderful place to stay.

We picked this hotel for its closeness to the airport before heading to a villa we’d booked for the next day, and stayed one night after arriving in Tenerife. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the short visit enjoyable. Our room was clean and spacious, and the pool looked very inviting. The hotel sits right on the beach, known for windsurfing and kitesurfing, which was spectacular to watch. We’d definitely recommend it and stay again.

It’s a quiet hotel with nice guests, and at night all you hear are the waves, no music or other noise. The location is superb, the rooms are modern and really clean, and breakfast is better quality than at most places. Rooms look either toward sunrise or sunset, and both views are beautiful in this magical place. It’s less than €20 by taxi from the airport. I’ve stayed at most hotels around Medano now, and this is my favorite. Highly recommend it for a quiet beach-front getaway.

We loved the hotel's thoughtful decor and how kind the staff were. Our room was clean and spacious, and the pool was peaceful, with comfortable seating. The location was great for getting into town and being close to the beach. We absolutely loved staying here!
