The breakfast had six options to choose from, and there was a fridge where we could keep our own groceries. Staff were very polite and helpful, and the rooms were clean, with an authentic antique feel and plenty of cozy spots indoors and out. The garden was the real magic, full of jasmine and orange blossom scents, peaceful and beautiful to spend time in. We could even make fresh orange juice from the trees. There’s a giant, beautiful iguana in the well-kept garden, usually basking in the sun among the trees if you can spot her. This was easily one of the most romantic places I’ve stayed. The hotel is in a very quiet village, and the price for three nights was quite decent. There are other places like Puerto de la Cruz, Santa Cruz or Costa Adeje, but for a few days of switching off in the garden of Eden, this was perfect. Thank you for the experience.

We had a fantastic week at Hotel Rural Senderos de Abona. We booked at the last minute without looking much into it, then arrived to find a beautiful, historic building and lovely outdoor spaces. The sunny courtyard was great, and there’s also a gorgeous garden tucked away. We especially liked Kevin the resident Iguana, who lives in the orange tree. Staff were always kind and accommodating, with great restaurant and activity recommendations. Our room was lovely and cleaned to a high standard every day. Breakfast was simple but delicious, and they were happy to let us customize the options. We hope to come back!

We spent five days here as a family and had an amazing time. It’s a beautiful place made with love and tradition, with lovely terraces and a really relaxing feel. Breakfast was included, fresh, and delicious. We’ll definitely come back. Thank you!

This is a quiet, picturesque place, and we’re already planning to return next year. The old family-run house and B&B is quirky and sprawling, with interesting details and lots of terraces and spots to sit and unwind. It was spotless, and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. It’s close enough to the small beach resort at El Medana, with plenty of excellent local restaurants that catered to my GF requirements.

The staff were lovely and nothing felt like too much trouble. We really enjoyed our stay, with its peaceful pool and delicious breakfast. The rooms are spacious, with original 19th century interiors and lovely views of the surroundings and local church. Thanks for the great hospitality.
