We were 12, and there was plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable. The setting is incredibly quiet, and it’s easy to reach from the main road. Puy du Fou and Toledo are both just 10 minutes away. The grounds are lovely and very well cared for, with a pool, gazebo, sunbathing spot, and a kids’ playhouse that even has a little bed, fridge, and microwave. There’s no parking problem nearby, but you can also park inside the grounds under a small shelter. Inside, the house is spotless and has everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and small appliances, and the bedrooms have comfortable mattresses and pillows, which you don’t always find in rural places. Sandra was especially kind and helpful when I left something important behind. She went out of her way to get it to me in Bilbao as quickly as she could. Thanks so much for everything.

We stayed for three days with a group of friends and our kids. The house was just as lovely as it looks in the photos, with a beautiful outdoor space and a really sweet playhouse. Sandra was lovely to deal with and was always ready to help with anything we needed. Everything was very well kept, and we had such a welcoming stay. We’d happily recommend it. Madera y Miel was such a great find for our family New Year’s Eve trip. There were ten of us plus three children, and the house had everything we needed to be comfortable, with plenty more besides. Sandra and her husband were attentive and made sure we had what we needed. It felt like luxury rural tourism, and we’ll definitely return. Manuel

The outdoor space is spectacular, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the place was exceptionally clean. We were treated impeccably, and not a detail was missed. What a wonderful house and host. We’d absolutely come back and recommend it 200%. Thanks so much for everything!

We had such a lovely family weekend at Casa Rural de Madera y Miel. The bathrooms are spacious and modern, the bedrooms are really comfortable, and the whole house was spotless. The kitchen has everything you could need, too. The pool is fantastic, the playhouse is lovely, and inside the house has so much charm. You can tell they’ve thought of every detail.
