The food was great, and the people there made an even better impression. It’s an old olive mill turned into a hotel and restaurant, with some of its original machinery still preserved. The place feels rustic and charming, and it’s worth stopping to look around.

We tried traditional food around Guadix, and this was the best of it by far.

On my way back to Guadix after walking from Mirador Fin del Mundo, I stopped here for a glass of wine on the outdoor terrace. It was so peaceful there.

It’s an old olive oil mill that’s still working and also serves as a museum and restaurant. They put on flamenco shows, and there’s B&B accommodation or a house you can rent too.

The atmosphere was great, the food was great, and the people were lovely. We really liked this place.
