This was a fantastic choice. Everything worked well, from the facilities and cleanliness to breakfast and the staff, and the location was great too. We'll make it our regular hotel for mountain hikes in Palencia. Thanks so much! 😉 Definitely recommend it.

We couldn't get a room when we arrived, after I couldn't book online either. They said our child had to sleep in a separate room, but the only room available was a double and they had no others. We explained our son is little, can't sleep on his own, and always shares with us when we travel. I hadn't asked for an extra bed, so I couldn't understand why he couldn't simply sleep with us. What made it worse was that the other hotels in town were closed for vacation before January 6th, so there weren't many places open. Honestly, it was a very bad experience.

Quick service. Two milky coffees and a little homemade cake cost €3. Would recommend.

The owners make you feel so welcome, and the rooms are big. The whole hotel was spotless. Breakfast was great, but the lunch menu was even better, with homemade food and very generous portions. I'd definitely return to this hotel in Guardo, and recommend it 100%.

We came during Easter week for a handball tournament and found a quiet, clean, modern hotel just outside Guardo, by the mountain and sports center. The hotel is well cared for, and our room was roomy, as was the bathroom. The two beds were comfortable. Breakfast had a generous buffet, and the staff were discreet, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommended.
