The restaurant is a real highlight. The team was attentive and dedicated, and the meal felt just right for the setting. The warm, professional staff made the whole stay more enjoyable, always treating us kindly and making us feel welcome. Cortijo de La Torre brings together the beauty of its surroundings, the architecture and history of the cortijo, and its decor. It has a peaceful, special feel, with an authentic setting that’s carefully looked after. A lovely place to get away and enjoy nature. I’d like to come back.

The only drawback was their claim that check-in isn’t possible after 8 pm. Otherwise, it’s a lovely hotel, with beautiful decor and an excellent restaurant.

The grounds were incredible to explore during the day, and we were amazed by how well cared for they are. The ancient monastery has magical gardens you can walk through and a lot of history. It’s also about a 20-minute drive from Seville, close enough for a visit but away from the city’s intensity. We couldn’t give it five stars because the room we got was a noticeable downgrade from the one we booked. We chose Fernando III but were given Ataxaf, with no explanation. We made the best of it, but the room photos and the room itself were completely different. This seems common in Spain and Portugal, where the room selection can be more of a template than a promise, so be aware. The laundry service listed wasn’t available, which was disappointing since we were traveling on the road. We also wouldn’t pay for breakfast next time. It was mainly deli meats, bread, and fruit. If we returned, we’d be firm about getting our selected room.

We spent almost two weeks here over Christmas as a family and had a great stay. It felt like being in a quaint, traditional Spanish village, yet the center of Seville was only about 15 minutes away. The local village is about a one-minute walk. The historical castle is beautiful, with courtyards, fountains, and green space that made it easy to relax in the countryside. The rooms have been renovated well while keeping the hotel’s traditional charm. We also really enjoyed the food, especially the Chef’s fantastic dinners. Service was top-notch. The staff helped with recommendations and bookings for tourist activities. It’s a unique place and feels like an experience in itself. I’d highly recommend it for a family or a couple.

Our three-year-old daughter had a wonderful time wandering the grounds, playing in the pool, and exploring the tunnels. It felt safe and peaceful, and the venue itself was stunning, quiet, and very well maintained. The rooms are beautifully decorated, the staff are friendly and accommodating, and breakfast was wonderful. We came from London to celebrate our wedding here last weekend, and the staff were helpful with the arrangements. It seems the venue is still getting itself together for events. For example, there was only one iron, and little things like that would help future wedding parties. I’d absolutely recommend staying here for a holiday or getting married here.
