We arrived in 2022 and left after just three hours. The place was uninhabitable, and I couldn’t keep my family there. My pregnant wife was crying and our five children were distraught, so I had to arrange taxis and book a completely different holiday. I took photos when we arrived and have them all. The pool was filthy and green, clearly not cleaned and unusable. There were cat droppings everywhere, dirty floors and outdoor areas, damaged beds, and rooms falling apart. Wasps’ nests outside had been left unattended and seemed dangerous. The whole place was disgusting and rank. They should be ashamed. The photos in the advert were years out of date, and this was not the place being advertised. I wish I’d checked the reviews on booking.com before booking. Avoid it. The house and the peace and quiet are what made us love living here. We used to live in Seville and wouldn’t trade this for anything. It may seem far away, 25 kilometers from Seville, but you can get there in 15 minutes without stopping at a traffic light. That’s much quicker than taking the SE-30.

There’s a great golf course nearby, and the gated community has private security around the clock. That helps us feel safe here with our children. It’s a fantastic place to live, only 25 km from Seville and easy to reach by motorway.
