Casa Nube Blanca

The women who run the house were incredibly kind, and even sent recommendations after we’d left. They made our stay feel special from the start. Our host welcomed us and showed us around, which was reassuring since Spain was new to us. The sky room was spacious, with a comfortable bed, and we loved seeing sunsets, sunrises and stars from the window. The shower had warm, strong water. Breakfast among the lava fields was out of this world, such an amazing setting. We also loved breakfast in the kitchen, especially the fruit and bread. There was tea or coffee with cakes available as a snack throughout the day, and so many tea choices, like I’ve only seen in India and Sri Lanka. We felt lucky to find this house. It wasn’t noisy for us, though, as elsewhere on the island, you might hear wind or rain when the weather turns. The internet worked really well. If you see it available for your Lanzarote stay, I’d say book it.

We spent 3 nights at la Casa Nuba Blanca and left feeling rested and full of ideas. The calm, beautiful rooms made it easy to feel at home. Àlex was wonderfully thoughtful throughout our stay and happy to share his favorite places in Lanzarote. Breakfast was tasty and healthy, and when the weather allowed, we could eat outside with a lovely view. If you’re after peace, simple living and warmth, I’d book a room here without hesitation :)

We stayed with our 11 months old baby, and the people here made sure we had what we needed, always with a genuine smile. The rooms were comfortable, the showers warm, and the shared spaces peaceful. Breakfast was delicious, and every part of the place, from the backyard to the rooms, was extremely clean. Such kind people run this beautiful house. I can’t wait to come back.

The room was thoughtfully designed, though the bathroom has no door, which might not suit everyone. We loved this unique, peaceful little sanctuary high on the hill, with amazing views over Lanzarote. Alex was friendly, offered great recommendations and made us a wonderful breakfast each day. Can’t wait to stay again.
