Apartamento casa Bibiana 2

We were in "La Casa del Árbol 2," and the apartment had several issues: it felt cold despite the mild temperatures because the insulation was poor, and there was a musty smell. Water leaked through the badly sealed shower screen, leaving a little flooding, and the hot water boiler leaked too. The kitchen extractor fan didn't vent outdoors, and details and customer service felt completely neglected. I wouldn't stay again, even for the price. The complex sits on a hillside, with a steep flight of stairs that won't suit everyone. Its Hermigua location is handy for the bus stop, shops, bars and restaurants, and parking is easy to find nearby.

I came back on August 18, 2024, and stayed in La Casa del Arbol 1, shown in the attached photos. It was a fantastic stay in a small, charming house for two, all brand new and tastefully decorated. Guests at the different homes in this lovely little accommodation group can use the small pool, which has incredible views. On my first visit, the terrace was a lovely place to eat and enjoy the quiet. The renovated house was bright, spotless, and furnished in a functional, pleasant style, with beautiful views. Service at both arrival and departure was spectacular. It's a great balance of price, location and quality, and I'll definitely return on my next island visit. Congratulations to the owners.

Communication with the woman in charge was easy and efficient, and the apartment itself was spotless. The bed was comfortable, the main bedroom spacious, and there was a lovely little terrace. It's in one of the island's best areas, with excellent transport connections. I'd definitely stay here again if I return to the island.

It's a cozy apartment in Hermigua, in a very good location and equipped with everything needed for a lovely stay. The one drawback is that it isn't suitable for people with reduced mobility. I'd happily come back.
