There’s a comfortable bed, a panoramic terrace, and parking, and the area is quiet. The studio is nicely equipped with a TV, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, food processor, and iron. A washing machine is available in the shared laundry room. There are steps to reach the units, so it won’t suit anyone with mobility issues.

The location is hard to beat: secluded and quiet, with a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, and the beach nearby. The house has spectacular views and every comfort, and the welcome and all the little details made the stay a dream. A ten out of ten. I’ll definitely come back 😍

We stayed in February this year, and it was a terrible experience. When we arrived, the key box was empty. We called the number on Booking.com and got the code for a second box, but that one was empty too. We waited for the owner to let us in. He said our booked room was occupied, then went into another room and found other guests’ belongings inside. Fortunately, they weren’t there at the time, so their privacy wasn’t affected. He put us in a smaller room than we’d paid for, blamed the person handling Booking.com reservations, and said he’d sort it out the next day. He didn’t show up or contact us the next day, so we got in touch again. He said he’d find a solution and offered whatever we wanted, including free days in May, compensation, or even a bag of avocados. Assuming it was an honest mistake, we asked for money to cover the price difference between the larger apartment we’d booked and the one we were given. He said he’d come by on our departure day, but didn’t. When we contacted him again, he said he was travelling to Germany and would get back to us after he returned. Months later, we still haven’t received the promised compensation or any reply. The views are very good, and the apartments are generally well equipped, especially the kitchens. But paying for a holiday and arriving to find something other than what was agreed, being treated disrespectfully by the manager, and even being left out on the street is unacceptable. We were lucky to find an available room. I’d think twice before going there again.

We had a weekend away as a couple in La Gomera. The apartment was very clean and fully equipped, and the host was super friendly and attentive. Highly recommend it. We’ll be back!
