The tranquility and incredible views at Huerta de los Nogales were such a treat, and the location is unbeatable. The photos are accurate, but there are details you don't fully appreciate in them. In person, it's even more beautiful than you might imagine. Lourdes, the owner, was kind and attentive from the start. The country house is beautifully maintained and decorated with exquisite taste, with everything, and more, for a wonderful stay. Five stars in every way. 100% recommended. We'll be back!

Access is along a dirt road, and some of the several routes are tricky in a family car. There is a castle next door, and a village with restaurants and services nearby. The house has spacious bedrooms and a large terrace with fantastic views of the mountains at sunset. Its pool is small but adequate, and the location is excellent.

Lourdes, the owner, is delightful. We had an unforgettable long weekend in the heart of Extremadura, with friends and good people around us. The house is spectacular, with spacious rooms that all open onto a terrace where you can have breakfast and take in the unique views. We'll definitely be back.
