We never got to stay, even though we had a reservation, because the owner made us cancel after we said we were bringing two dogs. She supposedly allows pets by request, but when we explained that they weighed 15kg and 20kg, she said their weight meant they couldn't stay. She said there were stairs and furniture to protect. That surprised me, since our own home has stairs and furniture too. I then said I weighed 150kg and asked if that meant I couldn't stay either. She replied that a person weighing 150kg and another weighing 80kg couldn't stay because they'd break the bed. To me, this is discrimination against people and animals based on weight, and grounds for a complaint. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It must all be made of glass, the bed, the furniture, even the owner's brain! 😳😳

We spent a week in this fantastic country house and had no complaints at all. The owner was friendly and showed us where to park nearby and how to reach the house. The beds were comfortable, the living room and kitchen practical, and the shower was great. Bars and restaurants are very close, yet it's so quiet in the area that you can't hear a thing.

The only issue was one very windy night, when air came in through the windows. Apart from that, everything was perfect. It's a cozy little house, and the owners are very friendly. We'd definitely stay here again if we return to Hervás.

The sofa could be more comfortable and not made of wood, though that seems to be common in almost every place in Hervás. Aside from that, the location, views, and house overall are very good.

We were so happy staying here. The cottage feels like something out of a fairytale, and it's beautiful and cozy. Everything was spotless, with care given to the little details. Thanks so much, and keep up the good work. We'll be back.
