There are steps and a ramp up to reception. The receptionist at 8PM could communicate with me in English, while I managed with broken Spanish. The room was neat and tidy with a balcony, which I liked. The pillow setup was odd, one long pillow and one regular one, but no big deal. The toilet had a sanitation wrap. Parking is street parking only, and spaces fill up, so you might need to leave the car around the corner and walk back. The restaurant is downstairs, serving buffet breakfast for €9, coffee, alcohol, and a full menu. There's not much right nearby, but a restaurant or the local Dia supermarket is just a couple of minutes' walk away.

The room was quite okay for the price, but the view wasn't much to write home about. I booked breakfast with the room, paying an extra 10 Euros. In Spain, that would normally get you a good breakfast, but this one felt heavily overpriced. I wouldn't eat there. I didn't have time to check out the spa, though from the facilities I saw, it probably isn't anything special. You stay here for the price, not for an unforgettable experience.

For the price, this is near the top of its category of simple hotels. Service was perfect, and the room, which I believe was one of the renovated ones, was fine and super clean. The bathroom was clean too, and breakfast was worth every penny.
