The town is charming, the people are friendly, and there’s plenty to see both in town and nearby. We absolutely loved staying here, it was one of the highlights of our trip. The house is romantic and full of charm, beautifully cared for, with lots of plants. Vincenta, if I’ve got the spelling right, is a wonderful lady who keeps everything immaculate. Our room was so clean and breakfast was really, really good. If you like peace and charm, this is the place. I hope I see you again, Vincenta, you’re an angel. We had our baggage lost by the airline in Florence, Italy, and our hostess at La Antigua Casa went out of her way to help. She called her friend Guadalupe, who owns a couple of boutiques, and Guadalupe picked us up and opened the shops just for us. Hinojosa Del Duque is a gorgeous little town full of amazing people, and I hope to return many times. The B&B itself is charming, clean, and comfortable, with a gorgeous breakfast area stocked with everything you could want or need.

We had to leave early without even having a cup of coffee, as everything was locked and there was no one to make one. The only water was kept in the hallway, and we were told not to refill our bottles. We wouldn't have minded paying, but weren't given the option. It was a very uncomfortable place, and the AC wasn't working. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The breakfast is generous, and the staff are so friendly and willing to go out of their way to help. The house and rooms are wonderful and luxurious, nicely furnished, and very clean. I'd definitely stay again.
