The restaurant terrace by the pool was lovely. Food was varied and excellent, whether you chose the full menu or raciones, including local specialties. They're very dog friendly. The room was simple, with a balcony, and spotlessly clean.

My Smartbox app covered two nights at Fuensanta, with breakfast on both mornings, and we could bring our dog. The restaurant has a spacious, really nice terrace, and the rooms have air conditioning and a TV. There's also a swimming pool. It's well placed for visiting Brihuega, known for its lavender fields and Arabic Caves, and Guadalajara, with its pleasant boulevard of cafes and restaurants, parks and monuments. A very nice experience.

La Alcarria is a gorgeous region, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. We had a fantastic weekend lunch, with excellent quality and generous portions. Service was good, though the place is so popular the staff seemed to be working flat out.

You'll need a car, since it's in the middle of nowhere. The rooms are basic, but the hotel makes up for that, with a few pools and a play area for little ones, so it's good for families. The food was fantastic, and the staff were really friendly. My Spanish is awful, but they went out of their way to help.

The food was incredible, and the amenities and location were great. Service felt both friendly and professional. Robert was especially helpful, and we appreciated his knowledge of wine. An absolutely excellent hotel.
