Cortijo la Besana

José was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The price was more than fair, and the location and natural surroundings were the best parts, peaceful especially at night, when even a fox came by looking for food. We were 16, adults and children, staying for a week in August, and rented both connected houses, each with its own entrance. The interiors were clean and had what we needed, no luxury, but nothing essential was missing. Each house has two refrigerators. Outside, each has a dining area and a barbecue set up to work as a griddle with butane, since charcoal and wood fires aren't allowed in summer. The pool was great and cleaned daily, though a few more loungers would have helped. It's close to nearly everything worth seeing in the area. We'd definitely return.

Pepe was kind, attentive, and clearly enthusiastic about his region and its values. We had a fantastic stay at the Rosaleda Cohousing complex, where our group of 20 from Rosaleda Cohousing in Murcia stayed from May 14th to 18th. The houses and setting are beautiful, good for excursions and sightseeing as well as taking it easy. Highly recommend it.

We had a lovely few days with friends and can't wait to return. The owner was very helpful and even offers guided tours of the Sierra de Cazorla mountains. It's a genuine country house with everything you need, set somewhere peaceful where you can switch off.

Pepe looked after us so well, and we had a comfortable, unforgettable stay. We were a large group from La Rosaleda Cohousing for the Segura Music Festival. The trees, views, and natural surroundings seemed to wrap around us as soon as we arrived. The rural house had everything we needed to cook outside and eat on the terrace. Walking nearby was a treat, with flower-covered ground and lovely paths. We'd definitely return for the green mountain range, its waterfalls, and more.
