The cappuccino was great, and the mix-up with the ice made me laugh. I asked the lady if iced coffee was an option, and after a hesitant “yes,” she brought me a cappuccino and a glass of ice. I’d seen cappuccino machines all over the place, but I prefer iced coffee. 😆 I’ve never seen a bar counter combined with reception before, 😀 interesting setup. The hotel is on the edge of the city, close to a mall and a Lidl. One thing to know: there’s no fridge in the room.

We stopped for one night on the way to the Valencia region. The hotel is well placed for visiting Pamplona, which is well worth seeing. Modern, fabulous rooms that are super comfortable, and it’s dog friendly. There was a nice choice at breakfast too.

Parking is right outside the hotel, but it’s first come, first served. Our room was beside the restaurant, which seems to account for most of the hotel’s business, so it got noisy at night. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. Getting to Pamplona takes about 30 minutes by bus.

The parking outside is the main drawback. It’s usually very cramped, with only a few spaces shared by hotel guests and restaurant customers, and there’s a real risk of cars getting damaged while people maneuver in the tight spots. Otherwise, it’s a lovely hotel. The room and bathroom were very clean and well equipped, and staff take good care of the reception and leisure areas. Sorry to focus on the negative, because the hotel itself is lovely and highly recommended.

The rooms were clean and nice, and the customer service was good. Breakfast was nice too. Parking is limited.
