My outside-facing room had a better feel, so I'd avoid the inside rooms looking onto the small, gloomy patio where people apparently smoke. It gets little sunlight and looks rather depressing now. The room itself was incredibly cramped, and the photos make the space look bigger, probably because of the camera angle. There is a basic kitchen, but that's cramped too. The shared showers were okay when people cleaned up after themselves. A washer and dryer are available.

I had a problem with a broken key card, but it was sorted almost straight away, and someone came by to make sure everything was okay. Remote check-in worked fine. I stayed two nights on my own, and the place was very clean and right in the town centre. The rooms suit a short stay; the towels and in-room fridge were welcome. I didn't cook, but the kitchen area was clean and had plenty of utensils. I'd happily return.

Everything I needed was there, and it was a nice bonus to have Netflix. The staff were very helpful, and I felt welcome. The rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen areas were all extremely clean.

The place is pleasant and well located. The owner was flexible, professional, and fair, and everything went perfectly.
