I've never been so disappointed by a hotel. We paid 355€ for 2 nights, a rate like a 4 star hotel, but there was no air conditioning and we couldn't even open the windows because the blackout curtains got in the way. The bathroom wasn't clean, and the weak shower had mould; there was hair on the floor too. We spent two horrible, hot nights and couldn't sleep. Breakfast was nowhere near a 2 star hotel's standard, with cheap processed cheese despite the area having amazing local cheeses. There was no minibar, no room service, no fresh towels, and no bed making. I could say more, but this hotel doesn't deserve any more of my time.

The location is the best part, almost at the top of a mountain with views of the laga beach. The rooms are really good, and breakfast is pretty good too. This is my third time coming with my family, and I'm loving it.
