The location was excellent and the lady was very kind. I found the room clean and comfortable, and luckily it had an ensuite bathroom. Even so, the price felt too high for the room, including the higher amount we paid for the ensuite.

The one thing going for this place is the location, close to the port and center. Everything else was awful. The directions led us to the wrong spot, and once we reached the square there were no signs. We ended up beneath the building, faced with numbered doorbells and no idea which to use. We rang one, got no answer, then called and waited for the woman to come get us. The room was filthy and dated, with hair on the bed and in the bathroom, and dust and grime on the furniture. A minibar served as the bedside table, there was just one socket in the room and another in the bathroom, and no TV or modern conveniences. The ceiling fan was broken in June, and there was no air conditioning. We paid €120 for this. It felt like a €40 youth hostel, at best. Families should spend the extra €20-30 for somewhere more comfortable. I wouldn't send anyone here.

We arrived on May 23rd at noon, then came back at 7:00 PM to change. The room was open, and the owner, Maria, was inside with all our things. She said she'd come to check whether the window was open and whether we needed anything, and apparently she does this regularly to make sure everything is fine. We were on holiday and didn't want a confrontation, but she seemed to have no understanding that the room was our home while we were staying there and she couldn't just come and go. The service felt terrible and disrespectful. She entered five hours after handing us the room and laughed about it. If this is untrue, I'd like María to reply to the review. I will NEVER stay here again if I return to Ibiza. It felt like they take advantage of the situation on the island.

The only real plus was being close to the port. Finding the place was confusing too: it's on the 4th floor, door 2, though that isn't written anywhere. We paid 99,60€ for one night on 3 September, and it felt far too expensive for what we got. The bed was ancient and awful, the ceiling fan was useless in the heat, and the thin walls let us hear everything from the other rooms. There were only two sockets, one in the bedroom and one in the bathroom, so using the mini fridge as a bedside table meant losing the bedroom socket. There was hair on the sheets, bathroom sink, and towels. Wi-Fi was available, but we only found out the next day, as the owner seemed to have forgotten to tell us. The information could have been left somewhere visible. She came into the lift beside my wife without a mask, saying she was vaccinated. After we told her she couldn't do that, she put one on. I obviously can't recommend the place. We did at least leave everything tidy.
