The location worked really well for us, with Ibiza Town 15min away, Marina Botafoch 5min, and Talamanca Beach 10min. We also loved the special connection to Pacha club and Destino Five Ibiza for pool day. The staff were kind, professional, and quick to respond throughout our stay, and the complimentary glass of cava on arrival was a lovely welcome. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of sweet and savory choices, including hot dishes. Our room at El Hotel Pacha Ibiza was stylishly designed, very comfortable, and had high-quality amenities. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the bathroom spacious, and the attention to detail showed throughout. We had a truly wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable experience in Ibiza. Thanks to the whole team, we’ll definitely be back! 🍒✨

The hotel is right by the Marina and just a few minutes from the port and center, so the location was perfect. We stayed at pacha hotel for a little over a week. It was a fantastic place, clean throughout, with cozy rooms and an exquisite breakfast. The staff were amazing, especially Alexandra, who was so kind and helpful. She even arranged a surprise for my father's birthday, a cake with a very cute postcard.

The Junior Suites are beautiful, and all the little extras made them feel special. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were superb, with delicious choices and great quality food and drinks. We spent a week at Pacha Hotel and didn’t want to leave. From arrival to departure, every member of staff was so friendly and helpful, always ready to do whatever they could. Thank you for such a fantastic stay, we’ll definitely be back.

We couldn’t cast our own TV content, and the hotel’s options were rubbish, just local stations. Sorry, guys, that doesn’t feel up to a Pacha stay. I could understand it if the entertainment they provided were top class, but it really wasn’t. Tomas at reception went above and beyond to help, and thanks to the manager for sorting out what they could. The entertainment options for guests need to be fixed, that’s non-negotiable, guys x

Thanks to the Pacha Hotel for putting our daughter up for the night before a concert. The hotel, rooms, and staff are all top notch. The staff were especially kind, professional, and efficient in helping us with a personal issue, and we really appreciate it. We highly recommend the Pacha Hotel.
