Ibiza Heaven Apartments

We had a girls’ weekend at Ibiza Heaven. The price was good, and the apartments were clean and nice, but the people working there were the real highlight. Vanessa especially was always cheerful, friendly, and kind, and you could tell she enjoys her job. Check out her dance moves 😌 Best wishes from your mamis.

The receptionist was good to us and let us check in very early. We had a lovely swim in the pool, the water was fresh and clean, with a comfortable temperature and enough warmth. Very well done.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and pretty good, but it seemed like they didn’t care about customers and just wanted to get as much money as possible. They took a 150€ “safety deposit,” supposedly refundable after checkout in case of damage. I stayed alone and only left without washing some dishes, but months later I still hadn’t received the money back. I tried calling the numbers they provided and got no answer, and my emails were ignored too. Before booking, try calling them. If you do stay, make sure they inspect the room before you leave and tell you in person whether they’re refunding the deposit, and why if they aren’t. They take your money and then don’t respond when you try to contact them. Be extra careful.

The apartments were clean and had all the facilities I expected, and the pool was often very quiet. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It’s in a more residential, quieter area, about a 15-minute walk from the main street, and not too far from the airport. Would definitely recommend.
