The Wagyu carpaccio was a burst of flavor, and the Japanese-Peruvian fusion made the meal feel like a real treat. Every dish looked like art and tasted delicious. The beach views are stunning, the design is beautiful, and the service was extraordinary. Definitely a place to come and enjoy the senses.

The kids club kept the little ones busy, and having a separate kids' pool meant the adults could unwind at the quieter pool. Pool staff were attentive, the bellmen were quick, and everyone else was warm and welcoming. Breakfast was great and the cocktails were delicious. The location is handy, about five minutes from the clubs or marina. My only issue was the room comfort and luxury felt just so-so for such steep prices. Still, we had a fantastic stay.

The sound healing session on Thursday was a highlight, and we loved the white party. Breakfast was outstanding, especially the champagne, though the vegan serving was a little small. I only found out a few days later, after asking a chef, that vegan cheese and pancakes were available. More labels or a vegan menu would help. Staff were absolutely outstanding, and we loved our stay enough to want to return. But pool and sunbed service was slow, so I spent a lot of time trying to find servers instead of relaxing. QR codes could help guests who want quicker service. The pool area also ran out of vegan burgers on our last night, when we were counting on eating there before the airport. There should be more than one vegan option, for choice and in case this happens again. We really wanted to try Nobu, but it was booked every night we were there. I would have liked the hotel to offer a reservation at check-in so I could secure a spot. It was disappointing that Nobu only opens at 7.30, with no earlier weekend opening.

Back for another great stay at Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay. I especially want to thank Alicia in the Spa for giving me the best massages. She was super professional, and I left feeling completely relaxed. The food, room, and service were all exceptional. I love it here and would definitely recommend a visit. Thank you, and see you soon.

Dinner by the pool in the evening had a dreamy atmosphere, and the food was incredible. The interiors are gorgeous, the rooms are stunning, and the infinity pool views are a favourite of mine. The whole property feels stylish and beautifully put together. Joanna ramonell from the pr team was so friendly and fun, and looked after us from beginning to end. I also tried the wellness offering: the spa treatments were lovely, and the mindful meditation app is a clever, innovative idea. Loved it all and can't wait to come back soon! Xx
