The service was excellent, and the staff were courteous and efficient about our personal needs. Ms Miska at the lobby greeting desk welcomed us kindly and gave us maps showing places of interest around the island. Ms Alba, the hotel planner, also guided us around the establishment and helped make the stay very pleasant. The maintenance staff worked hard to keep the rooms clean. I'd definitely stay here again.

The rooms are old and clearly well used, and with a baby I had trouble with the dirtiness. The cleaning ladies seemed to rush through their work just to tick the boxes. There was only one lift, and it was always busy with lots of waiting. The breakfasts were good, and the restaurant service was very nice, especially Adrian serving breakfast.

The hotel was super clean and the maid service was excellent, and the view was great. The restaurant manager was welcoming and friendly. The blonde receptionist who greeted us was less welcoming and could learn a bit from the restaurant manager.

The panorama was beautiful, and the price for what we got seemed reasonable. The hotel was of a medium standard, though we could have used a bit more storage space for a comfortable stay of several days. Miska at reception was extremely professional, kind, and helpful. Thank you!

Miska made check-in a breeze, handling it efficiently and greeting us with a friendly smile. That level of customer service is rare these days. The hotel has a great location and top-tier service. I highly recommend it for a seamless, stress-free stay.
