There are pleasant outdoor spots to relax with a stunning view. The rooms are clean, the bathrooms are okay, and the kitchen is well equipped. There’s also a washing machine and dryer.

We spent five nights here. Our first room was one of the worse ones, beside the street, though it had a private bathroom. The owner helped us move to another room with an ocean view and a shared bathroom, and that was much better. The shared bathroom and kitchen were clean, and a cleaner came each day. The laundry machine was very useful. Rooms 3, 4, 5, and 6 are very good; the others aren’t. Rooms 1 and 2 have windows right by the street, while rooms 7 and 8 are in the basement without windows for fresh air. The pool is small, but very good.

I had a very pleasant stay, with lovely shared spaces, a great view, and a perfect location. The temperature was comfortable, and the shared toilets and showers were very clean. I’ll come back with my partner later.

There are only two bathrooms for as many as 12 guests if all the rooms are full, and one small fridge shared between six rooms, potentially up to 12 people. The fan in our room barely does anything, so we were sleeping in a really uncomfortable sweatbox. The top floor door is also a problem. It doesn’t shut or lock properly because it isn’t fully on its hinges. The place is cheap, and I’ve tried to be fair, but these issues aren’t okay. Honestly, I don’t understand its 8.3 rating on Booking.com. They said the door shuts, but that isn’t true. My partner was able to open it while I was inside, even though it was supposedly locked.
