The old convent is a wonderful place to stay. The only letdown was the dinner, which wasn't worth the price.

The staff are friendly, though they seem rushed. Even with a reservation and set menu, the wait is extremely long, and half the dishes come out cold and in very small portions. We've been here before, and the quality has noticeably dropped from one year to the next.

The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were attentive. We had a perfect night as a couple in this beautiful, well-restored castle-palace. Our room was clean and lovely, with a view, a jacuzzi, and a very comfortable bed. It felt like a real luxury, and we'd recommend it. We'll be back.

You can climb the stairs for free and learn about the building's history. I believe it's known as Pope Luna's castle, and it's beautiful inside.

We had my nephew Teodoro's christening lunch at the inn today, and the private room for our family event had a relaxed, cool atmosphere. Nora and her team deserve a special mention: both the food and service were incredible, and the value for money was unbeatable. We had a fantastic time. Highly recommended!
