The buffet breakfast was pretty good, with a decent range, though there were no vegetables and not much fruit. The hotel is in an industrial area, behind a closed perimeter, so there isn't anything to walk to nearby. Still, it works well for a stop on the border and has what you need. Our room was comfortable and clean; the bathroom was clean too, but the drain wasn't working properly. Reception apologized and said they'd sort it out. There's a large, enclosed car park included in the price, so we could leave the car there without worrying. I'd still recommend it.

The people here are fantastic, and the service is kind and great. I only wish they'd bring back the regular coffee maker. They used to have one, then it suddenly disappeared. Apparently Accor decided to remove it, which was a bad call.

The attached restaurant was handy, and the staff were genuinely welcoming. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and it seems especially suited to people travelling by car. We enjoyed the stay, though it felt a little expensive for what was offered. We've found better value elsewhere.

The staff were friendly, but the hotel seemed pretty dirty and could use a proper clean. The rooms feel outdated and are basically plastic. At this price, I guess you can't expect much more.
