Lucía really made the stay for me. She was lovely and attentive, always available, and took the time to patiently explain what I needed to know. The apartment is right in the center with everything nearby, and the location is hard to beat. I spent a week there, and found it spotless, comfortable, and equipped with all the basics, from a coffee maker and toaster to a kettle and hairdryer.

Pets are welcome, and there's a supermarket right downstairs. The place is in the town center, and for us it's the best spot on the island. We'll be back for sure.

We've been coming back for years and are always happy with our stay. The apartments are lovely, the location is excellent, and Lucía's service is hard to beat.

The beds weren't comfortable, and I struggled to sleep and properly rest. One of the rooms also had no ventilation at all, which made it feel stuffy and claustrophobic. We chose Arosa accommodation on Arosa Island because we initially only needed somewhere to sleep, but these issues affected our comfort and well-being. Unfortunately, the stay wasn't satisfactory.

We'd stayed here before and chose to come back because the apartment is in a great location. The terrace was lovely to spend time on, and being able to bring our pets was an added bonus.
