WiFi was quick, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. I slept well enough in the beds. Breakfast was pretty basic, so it might be worth bringing some fruit or snack bars.

My four-year-old daughter had a fever and was ill for 24 hours, and I couldn’t get through to the accommodation despite trying since the day before. When I finally reached someone to ask about changing the date, they offered no options. I understand there are cancellation rules, but the person I spoke with was rude and showed very little empathy. The customer service and communication were deeply disappointing. I’m not asking for a refund, especially after that interaction. They’re keeping money for a service they won’t provide, and I hope they put some of it into customer-service training. I can’t recommend it.

The food was good, and the stay was really comfortable. I’d come back.

We felt very comfortable here. The rooms are plain, but spotlessly clean, and the staff were very attentive. Breakfast was delicious, made with quality products. It’s a lovely place to enjoy nature. I’d suggest improving the lighting in the room.
