If you want some quiet away from the bustle, this place could suit you. There are no shops nearby, though, and its remote location was the main downside for me. I also wasn’t keen on the €150 deposit, which applies no matter how long you stay. The accommodation itself is fantastic, and looks new and well maintained. We had an attic duplex in October and it was comfortable, but in summer, with no air conditioning under the roof, it would surely get unbearably hot. Checkout is at 10:00 AM for intermediary bookings and noon for direct bookings. I don’t think that’s very ethical when both are charged, and they shouldn’t advertise through other platforms.

I stayed here while skiing in Formigal, and it’s a good base for a few days around Jaca. The building entrance doors can’t be locked from outside without a key. Also, the boiler kept switching on and off and made an annoying noise all night.

We couldn’t get much peace from the people upstairs, and although the reception staff were very friendly, they didn’t sort it out. The duplex bed was only 135 cm wide and quite uncomfortable, even though Booking.com listed it as at least 150 cm. The place itself is peaceful and surrounded by nature, and the impeccable cleanliness helped make it feel comfortable.

The village felt deserted, with no supermarket, gas station, or anything else around, just a private club with a pool and paddle tennis courts. We were two, mother and daughter, hoping to spend a few days in the mountains in August, but the apartment was unbearably hot with no fan or air conditioning. There was no Wi-Fi either, so we had to use mobile data. We left a day early because we couldn’t take the heat and the situation. We were also told pets cost €15 a night, even though we didn’t bring one, which I find outrageous. The only dishwashing supplies were a small sponge, a dishcloth, and a little packet of soap. The washing machine was so loud it shook the furniture beside it and sounded like an earthquake. This was the worst rural accommodation experience we’ve had. We obviously won’t come back and wouldn’t recommend it.
