The location in the city centre is good, but the nightclub right under the room was noisy until it closed at 1 a.m. The windows did nothing to keep the sound out, and I wish I’d been told before arriving. At reception, Spanish speakers were given priority. That felt very disrespectful.

For this price, I wouldn’t expect to run into these problems elsewhere. There was just one sheet on the bed and no spare covers, plus a single, very thin pillow. The shower head wasn’t properly fixed to the wall, and noise carried through the walls, so guests leaving early woke me up.

I was there on a school ski trip, and the ski hills were about 30 minutes away. The place was okay, but the rooms are small and it’s definitely not a luxury hotel.

Right in the middle of Jaca, this is a lovely little hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff made us feel very welcome.

The area is really noisy, and parking is a real problem.
