Very unpleasant stay. This is an annex of Hotel Mur, about 400 metres away, with no staff on site, no lift, no aircon, and no off-street parking. The rooms are shabby and poorly equipped. £100 is an excessive price.

It felt abandoned, and the smell was so bad we couldn’t sleep. The place was dirty and damp as well. Everything was awful. It’s worth paying more for a room at another hotel, even if you only need somewhere to sleep.

For the love of God, don’t stay there. It seems to be reserved for workers, yet they still take reservations on Booking.com and send you to another hotel, leaving you out on the street. We were given a room number that doesn’t even exist. Workers’ boots are everywhere, the place smells bad and feels completely abandoned. It says self-check-in, but it isn’t, and the machine doesn’t work either.

Hotel Las Nieves felt like a forgotten tenth circle of hell in an Aragonese village, a place Dante would have found grotesque. The bed sagged so badly that its legs bent, and the worm-eaten walls and gnawed rooms made the place feel horrifying and sad. In the shower, water escaped so badly you had to put your finger in the stream, while the papillomavirus traps you. There was asbestos in the walls. Dracula stayed here, since not a living soul was left near Malaysia or Singapore, but at the adjacent Hotel Mur. There was also an allergy to receptions. The hotel lacked cleanliness and good construction materials. The walls seemed made of paper and like they could break with a breath. Reception was at a hotel in the same franchise, the Mur. I spent one night there on a study trip, and we found insects in strange places. At the end of March last year, with the temperature outside over twenty degrees, they had the heating on full blast. Try complaining to the nonexistent staff. On the bus to Catalonia, we did have a good laugh making rhymes like the ones in the first stanza. To use the shower, you had to put your finger in the stream because the water escaped and the papillomavirus traps you. These are my verses about a disastrous hotel. Avoid it completely. You’re better off sleeping in the car or on the street.
