The food and drinks were good, and it's still somewhere to stop while in Javea. La siesta could be a top Ibiza-style spot, with lovely decor, two big bars, and dining and lounge areas looking out over the Mediterranean. We went for dinner, but waited at least 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged us, even though it wasn't full. Service was painfully slow, though the staff were friendly.

Right by the Mediterranean, this restaurant and bar has unbelievable views. We loved it. The food was great too, and so was the service. It's a 30-minute walk from L’Arenal beach, or ten minutes from the port area.

The food was okay, and the place on the beach has a fantastic feel with music. But the service really wasn't professional. We had to keep asking where our food and drinks were. There were plenty of waiters, but they all seemed cheap and inexperienced. They also picked the wine for us, and the price wasn't mentioned.

There are indoor and outdoor areas, so it's spacious. The outdoor seating is nice, with the beach on one side and the pool on the other. Our waiter was helpful and service was good. There was a range of food, though the pizza section wasn't available. The mushroom burger tasted good, but it had jalapeno in it, which we hadn't expected. My friend is allergic to chili and related foods. The chicken escalope was okay, and the portions were good. The crab in the crab salad had no taste; they should change the brand. It's a nice place and worth trying.
