The room was small, but it had some lovely touches. The shower had loads of pressure, which you don't always get in Spain, and there was Rituals shampoo and body wash. Even the mirror heated up, something I'd never seen in a hotel before, lol. My wife bought one of the paintings downstairs. Amazing hotel and restaurant, with great people working there. :)

Our group of cyclists felt very welcome. Joel and the team were so accommodating, and they went out of their way to handle our specific breakfast requests. The rooms are a little small, but we got used to that since we were out most days. The staff are friendly and helpful, and it made this a great base for exploring the area.

We didn't try dinner, and the main Arenal strip is only a 10-minute walk away. Our seaside room on the second floor had a great view. The hotel is a lovely little place right on the coast, clean, light, and simply furnished, with friendly staff. We were there in March, so breakfast was served at the table rather than as a buffet, which they have in summer. The breads and simple, nicely cooked egg dishes felt just right. Recommended.

The rooms are always clean and kept in order, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Sorry, I can't remember the front desk woman's name, but she was lovely and got everything sorted for me quickly. Joel is a very pleasant guy who seems to cover a bit of everything, from concierge to waiter, and is there to help when you need him.

Breakfast came with plenty of choice, and the menu changed each day so we could try something new. The food was very nice. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the main beach, with lots of bars and restaurants close by. The staff were so friendly and made our stay feel special. We had a lovely time and would come back. x
