We had a large room with lovely views of Montgo, and the hotel grounds and amenities were great. This small boutique spa hotel is close to the heart of Xabia. A very good choice for a quiet weekend away in the off season.

The pool is beautiful and the location is great, but we left disappointed and wouldn't recommend staying here. The rooms are very basic and need updating; our air conditioning didn't work, and for tea there was no milk, just a budget kettle and sachet coffee. Breakfast was poor too, with uncleared plates and very slow drinks service, and it felt like nobody wanted to be working. Compared with newer places nearby like Nomad and Mi Almazar, this hotel misses the finer touches. I had to carry my bags down two sets of stairs on my own, with little help offered. When we asked about late checkout, we were quoted 25€ per hour despite the hotel being practically empty. Ridiculous.

The reception team were consistently helpful whenever we had a request, and the staff explained the amenities and local attractions. Check-in was seamless, and we were welcomed with real warmth as soon as we arrived. The team's excellent service made our recent stay memorable. Thanks again!

Dinner in the hotel restaurant was enjoyable, with attentive service and a well-prepared meal, though the menu choices were limited. Our room was spacious but looked dated, and for a spa hotel I expected more. There were no bathrobes, slippers or pool towels, and the air conditioning in our room didn't work. The hotel sits in a lovely residential area and the staff greeted us warmly, although service sometimes felt distant and we had to ask about several things ourselves. It has potential, but some updates and improvements, especially in the low season, would help the guest experience.
