The rooms are comfortable, and we found the bar a relaxing spot for a drink before or after dinner. The new hotel is also very conveniently placed, about a ten-minute walk from Javea Port. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. They even noticed it was my birthday from my ID and sent cava and little treats to our room, then three different team members wished me a happy birthday. We tried breakfast on our second day despite not having booked it, and there was plenty to choose from even with only a few guests. The spa wasn't open yet during our visit, but we're already looking forward to coming back soon and trying it.

Everything felt fresh and spotless in this lovely new hotel. I especially liked how bright the room and bathroom were. We had a really nice stay.

The staff were all friendly and helpful, including the lovely woman who sorted out the coffee machine problem. Breakfast was excellent, and the public areas, especially the bar and breakfast room, were very comfortable. My one real hesitation is the location: there's not much right nearby, and the shops and restaurants at the port are about a 20-minute walk away.

The hotel is nice because it’s new, but it feels overpriced. The neighborhood itself is good, though you should avoid the traffic street because it’s noisy. Breakfast costs EUR18, and the lobby bar has very few options at high prices. The pool was cold, and pool towels were only available at reception, which made it seem as if they thought guests might steal them. The spa is extremely expensive at EUR30 for a maximum of one hour. That policy shows no understanding of sauna rituals, where you need three 15-minute sessions with 15-minute rests between them. It feels driven by spa ignorance and profit at guests’ expense. Guests should have complimentary spa access, as they do at high-quality hotels around the world. Our A/C dripped, so we had to put towels down. The check-in employee Maria was unfriendly and unwelcoming. Hot water took five minutes to warm up, and the bedroom was on the small side.
